So at the Texas Freethought Convention there were many chanced to meet a lot of fun folks. Â This is a piccie of Aronra, Healthyaddict, Rabidape and myself (Youtubers unite!) after we had dinner in the spinning restaurant atop the hotel!
Aronra (big), Healthyaddict (small), RabidApe (not hairy) n Thunderf00t (tall) all lookin BOSS!
For me this was my first time meeting Aronra, where I was surprised that I’m actually taller than the guy! Â It’s always difficult to assess height though when you’ve only seen people from the nipple upwards. Â Rabidape going way back was a guy I really respected and inspired me to really get into ‘new media’, and although he’s had a very extended break is planning to get back into the arena. Â Btw this was the NEW healthyaddict, short, spicy n as GINGER as they come, figure she’s trying to become all 5 of the spice girls!
Made some really interesting connections at this conference, and it’s clear that this movement is ready to have its ‘arab spring’ so to speak. Â Oh Yes, the ‘Atheist spring’ is on it’s way. Â However that’s a story for another blog post as this one is currently being written in a Mcdonalds pitstop, just short of Erie! Â Tonight I sleep in Ithaca w00t! Â Although I have to be honest having lived out of my car now for some 3 months and with some 15000 miles on the clock, I’m really gonna miss it (*sniff*).
